Peter Wakelin discovered this Molniya-orbit object on 2009 Jan 26, while
observing another object, and he has since observed it on four nights, resulting
in 43 positions. The following elements take advantage of his latest
observations, and his correction of small systematic reduction errors in a few
    of his earlier ones:

                                                          1129 X 39239 km
    1 91200U 09526A 09038.62006762 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 06
    2 91200 64.0011 336.7379 7175745 278.7112 12.8898 2.00612723 07
    Arc 2009 Jan 26.77 - Feb 07.81, WRMS residuals = 0.008 deg

Since its mean-motion is near the operational value, this most likely is a
    payload.
