Hi all: I noticed the R/B (28083) that boosted China's geosat Zhongxing-20 (2003-052A) is in an orbit of 164 X 15,525 km. Isn't that an unusually low perigee, only 102 miles. Has the orbit changed much since the launch? Any comments/insights appreciated. Thanks, Peter G. **************A Good Credit Score is 700 or Above. See yours in just 2 easy steps!
