    Notice that all those you mentioned have an inclination of 74.
    Cosmos 2251, pre-collision, had an inclination of 74.
    
    Iridium 33, pre-collision, had an inclination of 86.
    I suspect that any debris associated with Irid-33 will have an inclination close to 86.
