Able to see Gorizont 26 with Kevin's warning, just above the Hydra head:

92- 43 A 10-02-10 03:41:23   BY 301.4  0.5   4 75.3   F; 5->inv

Looked for Raduga 16 ( 15946 ) nearby - not seen but using 12 x 60s and very cold.
