    A very clear sky, with temperatures at -3.2 C. Because I had dinner guests, I 
    missed the LEO window.
    
    08-010A was 10s early and 0.07 deg off-track relative to Ted's elset of yesterday.
    
    Like on the 9th, a Breeze-M tank (but another one than that of the 9th) was 
    captured as a stray in the same images: 06-056B, #29649 from the launch of Measat 3.
