    Using Satevo 0.51, I estimate decay late 2010 Feb 18 or early Feb 19 UTC.
    I am not all that confident of the rate of decay. The above is toward the
    high end of what seemed reasonable, so the object could arrive more or less
    on time tonight, but it would be prudent to allow for at least 2 minutes
    early arrival, 24 h after the epoch. It was nearly 2 min early last night,
    relative the previous elements, which had reasonable decay rates.
    Overcast and snowing here, and unlikely to clear by tonight.
