NROL-66 is scheduled for launch on a Minotaur 1 rocket, from VAFB, on 2011 Feb 05, at 12:26 UTC.

The search elements are based on launch at the planned time.

Inclination and RAAN are uncertain by several degrees.

Minotaur 1 performance to polar orbit is about 430 kg to 300 km; 310 kg to 820 km.

Payload and rocket body are likely to be faint. Standard magnitude approx 7.5 (1000 km, 90 deg phase
angle).
