    Difficult to say anything definite from this video which doesn't show much but a 
    dot of light, but:
    
    In the last part of the video where citylight are visible, the movement of the 
    object seems to be very uneaven, the object changing repeatedly from fast 
    movement downwards to episodes with almost standstill. Together with the sudden 
    plummet down and the spiralling movement, this to me does not fit well at all 
    with a re-entry.
    
    Instead, I am thinking of a Thai fire-balloon (a small hot-air balloon 
    consisting of a bag and a small burner. Since they became popular a few years 
    ago we get loads of reports on these).
