    White Rome suffering from a major rare covering of snow (about 30 cm).
    
    Poor visibility above the horizon, however I succeeded in observing
    
    Safir 2 R/B . 
    
    Trajectory   from 10°/206° to 24°/191° (shadow entrance).
    
    Rapid very short flashes mg +7, difficult to take.
    
     
    
    No show of Navid 12 005A, predicted 2 minutes later, trajectory close 
    
    to Safir 2 R/B.
