    Hi All,
The position Greg logged for PAN is in exact agreement with what I found on 2 Feb.
    So it is not moving.
    Ian.

    (2) PAN was found by Ian Roberts but there is some uncertainty which
satellite is which as there are three in a tight cluster- PAN (#35815),
        YAHSAT 1A (#37393) and SKYNET 5B (#32294). I measured manually, as
well as using APEX, and there is a bit of a mess-up as APEX and I dont
agree which is which so for the moment all that can be said is that
PAN is parked next to YAHSAT 1A.

    Greg
