Kevin Fetter reported four positions of an object which I have identified as the Multiple Satellite Dispenser of the NOSS 1-7 launch (86014A / 16591). It was running ~37 s late relative 27 day old elements, due to the significantly reduced solar activity in the interim. Here are approximate updated elements using Kevin's observations and those reported by Russell Eberst in January: NOSS 1-7 MSD 535 X 1668 km 1 16591U 86014A 12048.43467476 .00000784 00000-0 23895-3 0 09 2 16591 63.3477 205.8717 0757148 22.0076 341.1708 13.41725307 00 Arc 20120105.74-0217.44 WRMS resid 0.011 totl 0.003 xtrk Ted Molczan _______________________________________________ Seesat-l mailing list http://mailman.satobs.org/mailman/listinfo/seesat-l
