On Feb.11 I had unexpected(ly) clear weather in the evening, and in the
SE-SW where I wanted to photograph ! In one of the first images I got two
satellites side-by-side, but going in opposite directions. The bright one
    is still unidentified.
(two pictures in my FaceBook album "Satellite tracks...")

I got three shots of the UNID. My IOD format observations are :
    93542 13 542DTV 5919 G 20130211173712000 27 25 0503266-124224 37 S+040 20
    93542 13 542DTV 5919 G 20130211173746000 18 25 0456167-063045 37 S+040 20
    93542 13 542DTV 5919 G 20130211173814000 18 25 0448315-000396 37 S+040 20
and my poor (RMS error 0.11 degrees) ElCor orbit is
    1 93542U 13542DTV 13042.86671981 .00019339 00000-0 97853-3 0 00
    2 93542 97.7675 77.0683 0047714 131.2935 281.5413 15.16042908 07

e and AOP would not converge, so they are small vs. arbitrary, so the elset
could be poorly predictive if the orbit is more eccenytric.
