A more recent prediction was issued with decay predicted at 16.01 UTC plus
or minus 8 hours. Based on the TLE issued therewith we have a shadow exit
pass within that timeframe on the following orbit. I will be watching - it
will be around dawn and conditions at this stage are fair with quite a lot
of cloud.
If anyone hears of any updates and/or reports of decay elsewhere I would
be grateful to receive them (relay not required from ReentryWatch as I have
subscribed thanks.)
