Since we cannot have attachments, I will try to interpret what I tried to make an Excel graph to represent and am getting too far out in the weeds.

Changing MA by 2 deg of a recent user TLE to make multiple versions, leads to a set of predictions:

Using elfind and sets of 2 of the predicted positions (using all 3 will not solve), I can get a fake orbit for the point on the plane as it moves using the 2 deg change in MA:

But these circularized "orbits" are quite divergent, making me wonder if any of them really track a point on the plane well. Any thoughts, analysts?
