Hello all,

New NOTAMs published some hours ago indicates the possible OTV-4 landing as
soon as today.

Revised landing predictions for today and tomorrow, based on the innacurate
orbit derived from José's observations are:

Date Time Node
Feb. 14 06:30 Asc.
Feb. 14 12:46 Desc.
Feb. 15 06:13 Asc.
Feb. 15 12:21 Desc.

The most realistic ones are the Feb. 14's, but at the time of writing this
text (~07:45 UTC) there are no reports of any landing, so first opportunity
is probably missed. The Feb. 14's 12:46 is good too but the spacecraft
would re-enter over the sourthem U.S. February 15's 06:13 opportunity is
not bad too.
The landing window ends the February 17 as new airspace restrictions will
be added for the upcoming SpaceX CRS-10 launch.

Be aware that the time uncertainty for those "predictions" is large, maybe
as big as one hour.

Jon.
