I'm on other lists where there was a question about "tracking" satellites realted to your discovery.  But I don't think 
that's the correct term.
For me, tracking implies hardware/software to point a telescope or antenna at a named satellite.

I'd say the main focus of this list server is discovery of satellites, determination of their orbital elements and 
determination of the elements for de-orbiting sats.

Your FAQ has excellent info on the tools you're using but does not have anything about the procedure.  For example did 
you find IMAGE first optically or using the unified S-band signal?  What field of view if optically or antenna beam 
width if by radio.  How long did the search take?
