Falcon 9-PAZ estimated elements

Hello all,

Back in 2013 calculated an elset for this object that is scheduled to
launch today 22 of february of 2018 at 14:17:00 UTC from Vandenberg Air
Force Base. The press kit is available here:

These are aproximated elements for this launch, that are valid only if
launch occurs at the above time/date:

PAZ estimation                                           503 X 506 km

Orbit is 15+2/11 resonance SSO orbit.

PAZ will fly in the same orbit than TERRA SAR X (31698) and TANDEM X
(36605). Hoewer, MA does not match for an initial launch nearbound of these
two objects. MA would not match by 60º and RAAN by 0.49º. A similar thing
occured in TANDEM X launch that had been launched in a slightly higher
orbit than the above resonance and then maneuvered itself into its final
orbit, so it's not clear if the object will be inserted into a formation
orbit in the next few months or not. SpaceX Press Kit's tarjet is 514 Km
circular orbit, so that would be an orbit about 8-9 Km higher orbit than
the estimated elset.
