Double periods determined on 1994-77 B
======================================
I observed this rocket high in the SW on Dec.12. From below Cepheus, until
it reached culmination in SW, the period was 0.384 sec. Down to Alpha And.
it was 0.396, then again 0.384 to the vicinity of the Moon, then again
0.396 until earth shadow at about 31 deg. altitude. The PostScript
documentation for this strange data is attached (I hope)

PS from BDP :
The PostScript documentation Bjorn talks about is quite big and is
available on the seesat-l archive. Two versions are available :

1. The postscript-version called '1994077b.ps'. Just send a message
   with subject 'archive : get 1994077b.ps' and you will receive the
   file as a reply-message. Print this file on your favourite
   postscript printer or look at it with your favourite software.

2. The uuencoded/pkzipped-version called '1994077b.uu'. Just send a
   message with subject 'archive : get 1994077b.uu' and you will
   receive the file as a reply-message.
   uudecode the file, then pkunzip it and you will have the same
