Here is the latest (last?) elset for this decaying rocket.
I observed it at 05:48, right on time according to this elset, with an
epoch 22 minutes before my observation! It will probably be both my last
observation and the last elset for this object. With my usual luck,
we have miserable weather forecasts, and the decay occurs during the
weekend, so there may be no more NASA elsets. If anybody has later
observations, please let me know.

I expect the decay around midnight Jan.14-15. Northbound orbits are over
Europe after midnight, so a nighttime decay observation is possible.
Approximate times are 00:10 UT over Black Sea, 01:40 Italy-Hungary,
03:10 England-Denmark. The last orbits may be visible in sunlight
over Siberia, and in daylight around 09:30 and 11:00 from Japan.
