"d" following std. mag.

Ted may want to chime in to correct me, but I think a "d" following the
standard magnitude on the nameline of his TLEs stands for "dimensions". In
other words, the standard magnitude value was calculated from the dimensions
of the object.  A "v", as you pointed out, is based on visual observations.
