I just checked the latest file from Ted Molczan and found one object
that had a sudden change in Mean Motion : 91- 7 B = 21090
It has to be observed as soon as possible. At the beginning of 1996,
it was seen Steady.

Cosmos 2123 r 7.4 2.4 0.0 5.5 v
1 21090U 91007 B 97 09.45816450 .00004841 00000-0 50246-2 0 589
2 21090 82.9136 32.6664 0021364 15.0055 345.2273 13.75531830297563

Don't forget the other high-priority objects, see previous Acceleration
Reports...
Also this one had a small jump in Mean Motion :
Cosmos 2327 r 7.4 2.4 0.0 5.5 v
1 23774U 96004 B 97 06.83753547 .00002247 00000-0 23212-2 0 2716
2 23774 82.9813 114.3410 0039815 3.7196 356.4251 13.75576522 48968

I won't have time next days to create the next PPAS-update, so please
send your observations before next Sunday, Jan 19, 1997.

Greetings,

Kurt J
