Besides options of Cuseeme, NASA shuttle web + Real Audio already
mentioned (there was a realaudio link on http://shuttle.nasa.gov
somewhere), if you have sufficient bandwidth (~128k-512k bps or better)
you might try MBONE - this requires that you run a local multicast
router. Current mission video and audio are available thus:
audio: PCM, RTP, 224.2.150.130/32036, ttl 127
video: H.261, RTP, 224.2.150.130/53292, ttl 127
video is colo(u)r (getting ~7 frames per sec) and the audio is clear.
