Lacrosse 1 (19671, 88-106B)

The 47-day-old elements for Lacrosse 1 (19671, 88-106B) must still 
be pretty good, because I observed it Thursday night from the Univ. 
of Texas at Austin campus, with no magnification and getting the 
time from a 30-year-old analog watch (freshly set to correct time).

Also saw 80-69B (11933) and 94-23B (23088).  Didn't notice tumbling
in the latter, but again I was observing without magnification from
a not-really-dark site.
