Another 'strobe' Iridium 27 pass Saturday evening, similiar to one the night
before. Using one power, first noticed a flash at 18:44:20 local time,
02:44:20 UT, when it was at Az 227, El 25. Counted 15 flashes over the next
minute, when the regular flashes abruptly stopped at Az 254, El 36. Saw
only two more flashes, somewhat dimmer, after it culminated at Az 275, El 39.
Because the duration of the flashes is so short, I can only guess the max.
magnitude was about -2.

Based on the two passes I've seen, the best flashes for northbound evening
passes in the west are occuring in the SW, before culmination.
