Hello All,

John Holtz has allowed me to upload his BASIC/DOS program NEARJWH.ZIP 
(version 1.1) which will take the ground track data issued by the NEAR 
homepage and convert it into a user's "site specific" celestial 
coordinates and local altitude/azimuth coordinates for NEAR. Thanks John!
