hello all,

Cosmos 2228 = #22286 = 92- 94 A is known to be flashing for quite
some time, just take a look at our database the PPAS
(containing latest updates, see below, see also at the VSOHP).

It seems that it started flashing somewhere in 1997,
probably when it went out of service ?
(S = steady magnitude before, flashing from August on)
The flashing pattern is rather complex.

I have created an update to the PPAS about two weeks ago but
because of holidays and some problems with the update it hasn't
been published yet. I intend to do that before the end of the week.

I haven't received this one Rob ? (or have I missed it?).
