Using the latest elset:
Lacrosse 2 18 4 0 3.6 667 x 660
1 21147U 91017A 99014.25242415 .00000900 00000-0 15267-3 0 07
2 21147 67.9920 66.0061 0005000 238.6619 121.3381 14.69119708 04
It should be passing L -> R about 7 deg above Vega at 05:51 EST (10:51 UTC)
tomorrow morning (19 January) at my location. Others in the NE USA should
see this pass as well. Judging by the epoch of the elset, someone must have
observed it recently.

The Hubble Space Telescope made a nice pass this evening at 23:39 UTC. It's
magnitude reached about a +2.0.

Cheers.
