The last OIG (SpaceCom) prediction - Jan 20, 17:05 UTC - is nearly identical with
my preceding forecast but the ELSETs today (99019.230... and 99019.5381...)
shows a clear tendency for a later reentry. The actual result with MPM:
Jan 20, 22:52 UTC +/- 03 hours (28.3 N, 81.1°E)
This is on an northbound pass around perigee.
