Web sites for worldwide latitude & longitude

Here's an online server (using English or German) that claims
to provide latitude and longitude for over 250,000 cities and
towns all over the world:
http://www.astro.com/atlas/
Here's a sample listing for a small town northwest of Austin:
Burnet, TX (US): 30n45, 98w14, Texas (US)
Not bad. But here's one for a small, remote town in South
America:
Juli, PERU: 16sxx, 69wxx, Peru
So obviously there are limitations for some locations.
Interestingly, that site is an online *horoscope* generator. I
found it by following a link from ... NASA's J-Pass 2.0 site!
(Can I presume that NASA doesn't endorse horoscopes...? <-: )
By the way, the J-Pass 2.0 site has a geographical look-up that
includes 160-180 international locations.

The "J" stands for "Java", as in Java-enabled Web browser.
