At this time - 20:25 UTC - there is a new prediction from SpaceCom prepared
at Jan 20, 18:51 UTC with a decay at
                          Jan 20, 20:56 UTC +/- 01 hour (58.4°S, 102.0°E) 
This development confirms my yesterday estimate of very late decay. The last
ELSET has the epoch time 18:14 UTC. MPM shows now with this ELSET
                          Jan 20, 19:40 UTC +/- 30 minutes (5.0°S, 126.1°E)
