Extracting elsets

Hi all

Can anybody help me by suggesting an elset extraction program that will
extract elsets of current epoch from a satevo generated file? Tlemop
seems to have difficulty with satevo generated files, and I can only see
how to do it manually with satevo, which takes some time.
