    Hello,

While I was observing the Globalstar rocket 99-37E/25855 Sunday evening I
saw a faint flashing object crossing the 99-37E path in the constellation
    of Auriga at approximately 1720UTC.

After analysis of its track I concluded that this must have been Faisat
    2V/97-52B/24954.
It failed soon after launch so this would explain its flashing of about 2
    to 3 seconds.(mag 7).
    Observing place was Ryckevelde, Belgium.

Any others who observed this object ?

    Greetings,
