    Report time 11:00 UTC

    1975-056B (#07969) SL-3 RB
A careful analysis of the last orbit and the reentry trajectory based on the
ELSETs 00022.219... - 00022.654... shows the decay on
                   January 22, 16:59.3 UTC +/- 04 minutes (01.3S, 238.3E)
on a northbound pass over the Pacific in good agreement with SpaceCom's and
Alan's data. The possibility that the object during reentry reach the Cali-
fornian coast is well below under 20%.
