    Hi all,

This week I asked Boeing, the maker of the Delta 2 rocket that will
launch the 4 Globalstar satellites on Feb. 6, a few question about the
fourth burn of the second stage. Here is what they could tell me :

The fourth burn, ending at SECO 4, is NOT followed by a fuel dump.
It is only a burn. So, what we see is really the result of burning fuel.

    The coordinates for the start of the burn : Lat : 46.471 N, long : 75.363 W
    The coordinates for the end of the burn : Lat : 47.004 N, long : 73.588 W

This means I will be only at 150 km from the end point of the burn, if I stay
    home !

    Dan
