OCS appears to be running about 20 secs late on the most recent elset:

And 45 sec late from an elset of earlier today:

    OCS 805 x 748

I observed it this evening as it passed about 1.5 deg left of Saturn at
00:20:16 UTC 29 January. It was visible at 1x (~+3.5 mag) as it passed N->S
    nearly directly overhead.
