    My first message (yesterday UTC) was apparently lost in space....
    
    1993-032C (#22659) NAVSTAR 32 R/B  PAM-D
    
    SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Jan 12, 16:47 UTC - shows the decay on
                     January 12, 16:40 UTC +/- 04 hours (14.5°N, 28.4°E)
    on an northbound pass over NE Africa.
    
    My final analysis ( MPM + REENTRY) delivers with the last two ELSETs
    01012.125... and 01012.380... the decay on
                      January, 12, 16:35 UTC +/- 22 minutes (05.06°N, 14.82°E)
    on the same pass over Cameroon/ Central Africa.
