My final analysis ( MPM + REENTRY) delivers with the last two ELSETs 01012.125... and 01012.380... the decay on January, 12, 16:35 UTC +/- 22 minutes (05.06°N, 14.82°E) on the same pass over Cameroon/ Central Africa.
