    Dear Friends,

The Swedish Odin satellite arrived yesterday at the Svobodny launch site
after a long flight from Stockholm via Moscow. The launch is scheduled
    aboard a Start-1 rocket on 20 February 2001 in a 10-minute launch window
    opening at 0848 UT.

The planned orbit is sun-synchronous at roughly 605 km and i = 97.83 degrees.

    Sven Grahn
