    Observed 11056, scheduled to decay Jan. 15, 2002; running about one sec
    early on latest elset as it passed Alpha Perseus.  Was steady on pass
    into shadow, as it overtook Cosmos 1825 also passing through Perseus
    on parallel trajectory
