OBS 010102 UME1(ISS1) Flashing

I noticed tonight that 08709 UME 1 (ISS 1)  flashes about every 2 seconds.
21701 UARS flared nicely.
7529 NOAA 4 Flares about every 10 seconds.
MOS 1a was also a off and on flare of about 3 seconds.
