    Do they exist ?  TLE=Two line *orbital* elements.  The Apollo Lunar flights
    were not exactly Earth Orbital flights I think.  
    
    Or were the Apollo flights launched into a very exentric orbit with the
    Moon close to apogee of this orbital plane ?
