    Yes, it's true. The PSLV didn't exploded during the launch but it's
    4th stage have exploded on Dec 19, 2001 at approx. 1140 UTC over
    ~25S, 340E and 670 km above the Earth. This is the first breakup event
    associated with the PSLV 4th stage.
