    I have found that this one when compared to the WWV
    time signal from Fort Collins Co. is as advertised.
    It is definitely less that 1/2 second and probably
    much closer. Hard to tell by ear. But probably within 0.1 second

    Like you noted, it ticks off the seconds on the screen 
    so the PC clock can be set very accurately.
