Report time 12:40 UTC 1992-031A (#21987) EUVE It is a little bit weird that at this time we havn't seen a FINAL REPORT from SPACECOM. Their 02 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Jan 31,02:07 UTC - predicted the decay on 31 January, 04:20 UTC +/- 02 hours (28.0°N, 30.1°N) on an ascending pass over Central Egypt. MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02031.044... - 02031.104... (SFX 255, ap 05) the decay on 31 January, 04:47 UTC +/- 11 minutes (03.71°S,131.98°E) on a southbound pass on the Banda Sea (Indonesian Archipel). My both atmosphere models shows within 01 minute near identical results.
