    Notes:

    (1) Happy New Year to all for 2003. May we all enjoy a better year
        than the previous year.

    (2) The object Ive labelled #99998 is an unknown that I have been
unable to identify using ALLDAT.TLE. A rough determination gives
the inclination as 50.4 degrees, period 101.5 minutes and altitude
833 kms with R.A.Ascending Node about 110.5 degrees. Standard
        magnitude of +6.5

    (3) The remaining observations are of the KH satellites USA 116,129
        and 161.

    Cheers
    Best wishes
Greg, Maureen ( the "boss") and of course Blackie the cat...
