I have derived the following from Tony Beresford's and Greg Roberts' recent observations:

For arc 2002 Dec 25 - 2003 Jan 03 UTC:

WRMS residuals = 0.036 deg; corrected only decay, RAAN, M0 and n0; used propagated values for remaining elements

The reboost manoeuvre alert continues.
