    2001-043A (#26929) Starshine 3

We saw during the 24 hours an up and down of the predicted
decay time from SCC with the general tendency for a significant shift.

SCC'S last report - released Jan 19,13:06 UTC - predicts:
    21 January, 06:37 UTC + 24 hours (40.1°N, 220.0°E) ascending

    MPM+RENTRY delivers (epoch 19 January, 15:20:35.52 UTC)
    21 January, 08:34 UTC +/- 04 hours (14.54°N, 343.04°E) descending.

It seems that the impressive shift tendency is now stopped or
running on a low level. But Alan Pickup expect a further drama-
tic shift to a much earlier decay. Let us wait and see....
