2001-043A (#26929) Starshine 3

SCC'S last prediction - prepared Jan 20, 23:18 UTC - shows:
21 January, 05:34 UTC +/- 02 hours (28.5°N, 21.6°E)
descending over Libya.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with ELSET 03021.0835... (SFX 135, ap 10)
the decay on
21 January, 05:37  UTC +/- 17 minutes (16.27°N, 26.39°E)
descending over the Sudan.

But there is also a good possibility for a decay a little bit
earlier one the ascending part of the orbit over the USA.
