Observation made 20 Jan 2003

CoSaTrak 1, 85mm f/1.6 lens with 0.003 lux CCD surveillance camera.
          + 25mm f/1.4 lens with 0.01 lux surveillance camera

Conditions - fair- Seeing good - low cloud drifting over

Cospar Site #0433  Long 18.5129 E, Lat 33.9406 S, altitude 10 metres

Notes:
(1) Earlier pass of 96 072A was recorded on video but satellite was
    very faint - about mag +9 as elevation was only about 7 degrees.
    This pass was NOT measured- if anyone really wants it please let
    me know in the next day or two ( ie before I re-use the video tape)
    and Ill have a go at it.
