    IMHO, Kevin's orbit is quite good.
    It appears to agree with the (start) drop time and location.
    But 4-5 minutes should be added to the Epoch, to account for acceleration
    during launch.
    And I read 37W on the map, but your orbit descends over the equator at
    40W.
