#16952 86-70A flare and #25744 99-28A

    While looking for USA 144 I saw a +3 mag satellite slowly climbimg above
    eta Peg.
    Though predicted at +8.4, it faded quite slowly from its first bright
    state.
    Id-ed as #16952 86-70A, star pair not 100% certain, but only one that
    fits within 10 seconds.
    
    USA 144 not seen until just before it passed very close to HP #007918.
    From the minima observed (below) I estimate the period 114 s +-2
    After the last obs it went behind our house, as I was standing on the
    balcony in town.
